CTP is looking for a rockstar Account Coordinator or Account Manager who will be responsible for supporting several key accounts at the agency, while reporting into an Account Supervisor as their day-to-day support. In this fast-paced environment, a willingness to learn and a true passion for our craft is key. To succeed, you'll need to be comfortable multi-tasking while keeping all the many details straight on a day-to-day basis.

In this role, CTP is looking for someone who will contribute to our agency’s success by: 

  • Managing day-to-day projects on 2–3 client accounts, supporting integrated work across brand, creative, media, and analytics teams.
  • Guiding key components of client deliverables from creative conception through execution and final delivery, partnering closely with your manager to ensure work is on time, on budget, and strategically sound.
  • Supporting the development of strategically led creative briefs in collaboration with Account Supervisors and internal teams.
  • Owning project details end to end, proactively communicating with your manager(s) to ensure alignment on priorities, risks, and next steps.
  • Taking a proactive approach with clients and internal teams by anticipating due dates, initiating follow-ups, and keeping projects moving forward. 
  • Maintain and oversee the client/agency status report.
  • Leading and facilitating client and internal meetings, including agenda development, note-taking, and clear articulation of takeaways and next steps.
  • Summarizing critical meetings and calls with thoughtful recaps that include key decisions, implications, and actionable next steps.
  • Maintaining and tracking fee and production budgets across all accounts, including both retainer and project-based work, with accurate monthly reporting.
  • Proofreading all client deliverables and partnering with internal teams to make updates or revisions as needed.
  • Coordinating the transfer of creative assets to the media and broadcast teams using CTP’s standard trafficking processes.
  • Organizing and maintaining a clear and consistent filing structure for client marketing assets, ensuring proper naming conventions and easy access.
  • Monitoring competitive activity, industry trends, and emerging AI tools and solutions on an ongoing basis, sharing relevant insights and recommendations with internal teams and clients.
  • Acting as a strong internal collaborator, keeping communication clear and productive across disciplines.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to commute to our Boston office 2x/week (Tuesday and Wednesday).
  • 0-3 years of marketing or advertising experience; agency experience strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Experience working or interning in integrated marketing environments across traditional and digital channels.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams at once.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.
  • Clear, confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
  • Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively with internal teams and client partners.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Please note, all employees are required to be in-office at our CTP location on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. 

The salary range for these roles is $45,000 – $65,000 annually. Compensation is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, skills, internal equity, and market data. In addition to base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package and a collaborative, supportive culture focused on delivering breakthrough ideas for our clients.
